Graduates of OCS –

• Full name (at time of attendance)
• Date of birth
• Year of graduation

If an UNOFFICIAL transcript is requested, the document may be picked up at
OCS with advance notice given to the Counselor's Office, containing the same information noted above. If you would like the document mailed to you, please indicate this information along with your current address when making the request.

Current OCS Seniors –
Any Louisiana college will have access to your transcript via the Student Transcript System. Contact our office if the school reports any problems in obtaining your transcript.
Out-of-state colleges will require a hard copy from our office. Students will have to request this from the counselor's office.

There is no fee for transcripts.
